About Government Chief Digital Office (GCDO)

The Government Chief Digital Office (GCDO) provides digital leadership across government to support the development and improvement of digital government. GCDO works with and through government agencies to set direction, provide guidance, and support a coordinated approach to digital policy, platforms, capability, and investment. Through leadership, collaboration, and stewardship, GCDO supports agencies to deliver trusted, accessible, and effective digital services for New Zealanders. We also partner with Iwi Māori to support and ensure their voices and digital aspirations are being considered in the mahi the GCDO undertakes as part of giving effect to our te tiriti commitments. We welcome feedback and ideas from our followers and will try to join these conversations where possible, however we can’t guarantee we will reply individually to every post.
