About Gradlinc

Gradlinc is the only South African graduate employment platform that enables credible, and credential verified graduates to connect to existing opportunities by bringing employers and graduates together on one national cloud-based platform. The platform is built in such a way that employers’ job requirements are matched very specifically with the graduates’ skillset by means of a unique matching algorithm. For tertiary institutions, Gradlinc finally offers a local solution that is tailored to the current context and graduate marketplace, that fully grasps the complex landscapes of these, and provides a much more affordable and comprehensive alternative to existing graduate recruitment platforms. We believe in a better tomorrow and turning challenges into opportunities in order to provide a working solution for all.
