At Grand Strategy Group, we saw a gap in the relationship between organizations and their recruiting agency partners. We noticed that most agencies hire recruiters fresh out of college with little to no technology background. While they learn technical vernacular over time, it’s ultimately up to the customer to evaluate a candidate’s technical abilities, which isn’t always feasible. For instance, an organization looking to hire a cloud architect for their cloud transformation might not have the necessary expertise to properly evaluate the candidate’s technical skills. That’s why we’re here. Our three founders have over 25 years of agency experience and over 15 years of modern IT leadership experience, and we have a vast network of talent to screen niche skillsets before presenting a candidate to a customer.
