About Grassroots Disability Agenda

We are advocates of the rights-model of disability. We utilize innovative programming such as use of technology and capacity building to ensure that persons with disabilities from pastoralist regions fully understand and enjoy their rights. We believe that, to realise an inclusive society, persons with disabilities must challenge the power systems and push for accountability of ‘holders of power’ to play their role in ensuring that they – PWDs – fully enjoy their rights and are included in the society.
