Our 48-hour proofed Sourdough, Fast Rise Easy Stretch and Original Neapolitan dough is made using a slow fermentation process, resulting in a crust that is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. To accompany our pizza doughs, we also produces a range of dips, spreads, and sauces including garlic dip, garlic butter and pizza sauce. We offer traditional sausage meat toppings as well as a variety of other toppings including a vegan n'duja topping, which is a spicy spreadable sausage substitute made with plant-based ingredients.
