About Great Barrington Public Theater

From June through mid-August we present in-person performances in both of our theaters—the beautiful, 300-seat McConnell Theatre, and the 99-seat Liebowitz Black Box, both state-of-the-art performance venues in the Daniel Arts Center on the campus of Bard College at Simon’s Rock, in Great Barrington, MA. Our focus is on compelling storytelling: thought-provoking scripts and performances that leap off the stage. Please join us as we continue to bring you top-tier, professional theater at its best. Come enjoy the many talented area theater artists—names you’ve come to know and have enjoyed watching on various stages around the region, and others whom you may encounter for the first time—reminding us all why we love and support theater here in the Berkshires.
