Responses come back in a standard format, scored by our AI against the original brief. From there, brokers shortlist spaces, build branded presentations for their clients, schedule viewing tours, and track the deal through to close. Distributing and managing requirements and building interactive presentations is now done in minutes, not the usual week of back-and-forth emails. For providers, it's free. No listing fees, no platform fees, no lead fees. They get qualified enquiries from verified brokers and only pay the usual broker fees if a deal closes.
