About Greater Hartford Arts Council

The Greater Hartford Arts Council is for those seeking to create, experience and support the arts as a vehicle for community vitality. Through our creative, collaborative approach, we connect artists, donors and communities with the ability to access, enhance and enjoy the arts across our region. We achieve this through creative economy workforce programs, arts education initiatives and innovative art experiences.
