About Greater Naples Leadership

The GNL Masters Program educates highly accomplished men and women regarding issues in Collier County, Florida through a series of in-depth sessions covering major aspects of community life. Each year, GNL accepts a class of 40-50 individuals and educates them on the community’s history, culture, healthcare, education, environment, growth and economic development, human services, government, and more. The objective is to prepare these accomplished leaders for volunteer positions, civic and nonprofit committees, and board positions. The Alumni/Continuing Education Committee creates a dynamic, engaging series of programs focused on newsworthy topics, balanced political views, and local issues designed to educate GNL members on timely topics that impact Collier County. These programs encourage broader and deeper involvement in community service, thereby strengthening support for GNL’s mission.
