About Greater Richmond Community Mediation Center

We are dedicated to resolving disputes and misunderstandings through collaborative solutions, utilizing appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes. GRCMC provides a comprehensive range of ADR services, including: Mediation: Offered to the General District Courts of Chesterfield, Henrico, Petersburg, and the City of Richmond, free of charge for litigants in referred cases. VA Supreme Court Mediator Certification: Available for all levels of the court system, along with mentorship for those pursuing certification and opportunities to gain practical experience. In addition, we offer a wide range of ADR services, including: Mediation, Facilitation, Negotiation, Arbitration, Conflict Coaching, and Education, tailored for individuals, families, businesses, groups, organizations, non-profits, schools, and government entities. We also provide customized training and presentations for groups, businesses, organizations, government agencies, schools, and non-profits. If you have a need that isn't listed above, please feel free to ask if we can assist you. We are happy to support communities by participating in events such as community days, fairs, markets, parades, and holiday celebrations, and we are also equipped to facilitate community or group dialogues.
