GreatPacific Consulting Ltd. is an engineering and environmental sciences consulting firm based in Victoria, BC Canada with a focus on delivering value, service and quality to our customers through the seamless integration of science and engineering and personalized relationships. We specialize in the engineering, installation, inspection, regulatory permitting and monitoring of infrastructure in oceans, estuaries, rivers and lakes. We have extensive and specialized experience in all aspects of water and wastewater pipelines, wastewater effluent disposal (outfalls) and marine navigational aids for government, industrial and commercial customers.
