The Company also operates four jack up drilling rigs. The Company's subsidiaries include Greatship Global Energy Services Pte. Ltd., which owns, operates and charters mobile offshore drilling units; Greatship Global Offshore Services Pte. Ltd., which owns, operates and charters offshore support vessels; Greatship Global Holdings Ltd., which invests in companies owning and operating drilling rigs and offshore vessels; Greatship (UK) Limited, which operates offshore supply and support vessels, and GGOS Labuan Ltd, which provides offshore services.
