About Green Forest Construction, LLC

Green Forest Construction builds residential new homes and commercial buildings in Georgia & Alabama with a focus on economic sustainability. It is our objective to always consider the economic impact (on you) of the structures we build by evaluating the construction techniques and materials used during construction. Our primary goal is to construct quality homes and commercial buildings while limiting the long term cost of ownership through reduction in maintenance and efficiency costs. First, we focus on using superior techniques and craftsmanship by selecting quality material and labor suppliers. Then, we use the government defined Energy Star guidelines and inspection methods to build to a higher energy efficient standard. We save you money each day of ownership without charging you for our efforts. In turn, your costs of ownership are reduced by fewer callbacks, less maintenance and reduced energy use. Each structure we construct at this time is constructed to meet or exceed Energy Star guidelines. WE'RE NOT TALKING ADDITIONAL COSTS TO YOU - - - ONLY SAVINGS TO YOU!
