Green Valley Alternative Spółka Inwestycyjna S.A. shelf is an entity authorized by the PFSA to raise funds from capital investors from the public market in order to invest them in accordance with the established investment policy and strategy, as part of an internally managed investment portfolio. The goal of Green Valley is to finance investment tasks under ongoing projects so as to achieve the maximum value of accumulated assets while maintaining the highest level of security for these assets and the lowest level of investment risk. The profit generated on the portfolio's assets builds the value of the Fund and allows for the payment of dividends to its shareholders.
