About Greengage Database (based on Greenplum®, open source alternative)

Greengage DB is an independent ASF 2.0 licensed open source project based on the Greenplum® MPP database platform. We created it to support the Greenplum® community after the original repository was archived in May 2024. Greengage DB is here to ensure stability, scalability, open management and regular releases. Our goals and commitments: Full backward compatibility with Greenplum® 6 and 7. Open source solution available to all and forever. Transparency and openness for all project contributors. Horizontal scalability for fast-growing data volumes. Easy processing for data located in external warehouses. Community support to accommodate you using the database. Greenplum® and Greenplum Database® are registered trademarks or trademarks of Broadcom Inc. in the United States and/or other countries.
