GreenLine BDC, Inc. is leveraging the expertise and knowledge of its principals to launch the nation’s first registered business development company (BDC) with a focus almost exclusively on pre-public and rapidly growing companies in the legal marijuana, Hemp, CBD space. This sector is still in the very early stages of hyper-growth and is comprised of several niche sub-industries, many of which may have up to several hundred participants. As is typical of young companies competing in nascent, rapidly-growing industries, most marijuana/cannabis/CBD companies face financial, managerial, and operational demands that well exceed their internal capabilities. GreenLine BDC and its management are very well suited to assist these companies, in many cases allowing them to go public as they establish themselves as leaders in their specific niche markets.
