About GreenVeil

GreenVeil Packaging Inc. is a science-driven cleantech company based in Ottawa, Canada, developing ultra-biodegradable and antimicrobial solutions for food and agriculture. Our mission is to enhance food safety, reduce waste, and replace petroleum-based plastics with materials that safely return to nature. Powered by a multidisciplinary scientific team, we’ve engineered a proprietary biopolymer composite, sourced from locally available minerals and natural by-products, that enables food-safe, antimicrobial, and soil-degradable packaging. Our UltraBiodegradable™ technology combines durability and performance with rapid environmental breakdown, protecting food, wildlife, and the planet.
