About Greenville Downtown Airport

The Greenville Downtown Airport (GMU) is the busiest General Aviation airport in South Carolina. Our goal is to meaningfully connect with our community. The community corridor creates a great area for families to enjoy the airport and watch planes take off and land. Play in Runway Park, grab good eats at The Runway Park Cafe, learn about military history at the The Military History Center of the Carolinas Museum, take a chartered ride around the city, or learn to fly. Promoting aviation and development while helping the state achieve its economic development goals since 1928. Plan a visit and come see us.
