About Greenwich Enterprise Board

Greenwich is a dynamic and exciting place and a great base for business. It is undoubtedly one of the finest areas of London in which to work. It includes the Greenwich Peninsula and the O2 Arena and will soon be a host borough to several 2012 Olympic events. One of our main activities is the development and letting of workspace units on terms designed to encourage our tenants’ wellbeing and growth. We have around 70 tenants in units ranging from 300 to 4500 sq ft. This web-site gives details of our properties, their letting terms and vacancies. Most units are let on flexible leases, with ‘inclusive’ monthly fees that offer stability and certainty to our tenants with minimal risks and nasty surprises.
