Grenreal is the owner of two properties located on the reclaimed lands of the St. George’s New Cruise Port, the “Esplanade Mall” and the “Dr. Jan Bosch Building”, totaling a gross floor area of 81,500 sq.ft. featuring 50 shops and 10 offices. The Company has been listed since 2008 on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange in St. Kitts and Nevis.
