Grey Birch Associates is a team of former cannabis operators and regulatory counsel specializing in the turnaround and stabilization of distressed cannabis assets. Unlike traditional consultants who manage remotely, we embed ourselves in the middle of the operation to fix broken processes and culture issues that undermine a company's financial viability.
