Griphic jobs and careers

About Griphic

Griphic is a deep-tech startup founded by IIT Delhi alumni and backed by SKETS Studio with an internal valuation of $6 million and ₹20 crore in founder-committed funding. Griphic combines the precision of an AI lab with the pace of a high-growth product company. It works with technologies like generative models, NLP & Multimodal Models, Computer Vision Models, IoT and Edge AI, time series forecasting, and real-time physics simulation by Unreal Engine. Vision - Merging Imagination with Intelligence Griphic creates tools to strengthen human judgment. Each product extends the idea of “working intelligence”: technology to streamline operations and support decisions. Our team thrives because of the synergy between their own goals and Griphic’s vision. A Self-Managed, Multi-Disciplinary Culture The team has no hierarchy. Everyone works on business goals, picks their own projects, and collaborates across domains, from engineering to marketing to research. With no manager to dictate work, you see the direct impact of your work. That proximity to outcomes brings the ownership of an entrepreneur, the growth of a startup, and the exposure of an MNC lab. Cerebrus Cerebrus is Griphic's flagship product, built on a singular belief: that measuring human competence is a science, not a gut feeling. It is Griphic's step toward a future where every hiring decision is grounded in precision, integrity, and evidence. Archimera Co-developed with SKETS Studio, Archimera transforms architecture workflows by instantly recalling and matching past approved AutoCAD designs, enabling firms to scale creativity and speed across every project. DigiDoppel A live 3D digital twin that fuses BIM, IoT, and real-time analytics to visualize conditions, faults, and security events across entire campuses, bridging the physical and digital worlds.
