The bone marrow produces every blood cell and trains the immune system. When it malfunctions, it drives over 200 million illnesses annually. We've discovered that how cells are positioned, grouped, and shaped in the bone marrow reveals crucial information about disease progression and treatment potential. Our platform combines the world's largest library of annotated bone marrow images with advanced AI that identifies micro-patterns too complex for human analysis. We turn these patterns into actionable insights that help drug developers predict patient response early, reducing trial failures. For physicians, we provide decision-support tools that transform routine biopsies into personalised treatment plans. We're starting with blood cancers, which account for 10% of all cancer deaths and face 90% drug failure rates. But our approach extends to autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular conditions, and aging. We're already working with leading cancer centres and several of the world's largest biopharma companies to validate and deploy our technology. At Ground Truth Labs, we believe that understanding the blueprint of healthy bone marrow - and recognising the signals when it goes wrong - is key to helping millions of people get and stay well.
