About Groundshift

We work with farmers to build resilient, profitable systems through a biology-led, nature-aligned, whole-farm approach. Our work starts with a Whole Farm Assessment, where we take a deep, system-wide look at the operation — from soil health and agronomy to inputs, finances, and farmer goals. By understanding how each part of the farm interacts, we identify immediate opportunities for improvement as well as the long-term constraints limiting performance. This process provides a clear, prioritised roadmap to reduce input reliance and improve consistency and profitability. For farmers ready to turn strategy into action, our Premium Advisory offers ongoing, independent technical support. Through on-farm visits, data-led decision making, education, and regular troubleshooting, we partner closely with farmers to guide complex transitions and support long-term system change. Our advisory is proactive, practical, and focused on outcomes — not products. We also provide education designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice in biological agriculture. Through workshops, online learning, and farmer-to-farmer collaboration, we empower farmers with the knowledge and confidence to lead their own transition. At the core of everything we do is a belief that farms function as interconnected ecosystems — and that long-term profitability comes from understanding and working with those systems, not against them.
