The Company operates worldwide through such subsidiaries as Beneteau Inc, Jeanneau America Inc, CNB (Construction Navale Bordeaux), Monte Carlo Yachts Spa, GBI Srl and Fonderie Vrignaud SA, among others. It is also active as a management software provider for the boat business.
