Who are we? : Res-Q Group is a company that brings together a team of several experienced members in the post-disaster market. Our goal: A positive customer experience from the beginning of the claim to the end. Our philosophy is based on a transfer of expertise, efficiency and excellence. We have the experience of working with several different adjusters and understanding the need to work together to complete the file in a timely manner as well as provide a positive customer experience in the claims resolution process. Several members of our team are empowered to communicate in different languages; especially French, English, and Italian; which gives us the advantage to better serve our customers.
