About Grove Property

A Boutique Property Company. Every project is unique and we build teams best suited to meet the challenge. We only advise corporate occupiers and private clients, so we have no conflicts with landlords as we do not market properties. Grove also provides due diligence and project management services for our clients so offers a full real estate service from search, through acquisition to project delivery and client relocation. Alongside our consultancy we undertake our own developments as investments either on our own or more typically as Joint Ventures or as Development Managers. We have a number of operational businesses we are involved with, all with a Real Estate angle.
