About Grow As We Go Occupational Therapy, PC

Grow As We Go Occupational Therapy, PC, provides compassionate, child-centered occupational therapy services for children from birth through 18 years old, with a strong focus on early intervention (ages 0–3). Our mission is to meet children where they are, literally and developmentally, by offering therapy in natural, familiar environments such as homes, daycares, preschools, and even local parks. Our passion lies in helping children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, oral motor difficulties, cerebral palsy, and genetic conditions such as Down syndrome achieve meaningful milestones through play-based, family-centered therapy. Our therapeutic approach is hands-on, play-based, and tailored to support each child in reaching age-appropriate milestones across a variety of domains, including: feeding skills, fine and gross motor development, visual motor integration, activities of daily living (ADLs), self-care, and social-emotional development. At Grow As We Go, therapy is not just a service, it's a journey we take together with families, helping children grow in their own time and space, with support that's as unique as they are.
