About Grow Tennis Academy

Grow Tennis Academy | Much More Than Tennis At Grow Tennis Academy, we believe that tennis goes beyond being just a sport – it is a valuable tool for the holistic development of each student. Founded in 2021, the academy operates in prestigious locations such as Hotel Vila Galé Sintra, the Centro de Ténis de Monsanto, and the Instituto Superior de Agronomia, offering tailored lessons and programs for all ages and skill levels. Our methodology is guided by six essential pillars: values, sense of belonging, sporting habits, sustainability, communication, and continuous training. Through these principles, we promote not only athletic progress but also personal growth, instilling life values such as integrity, courage, and responsibility. Our goal is to maximize each student's potential individually and personally, in a safe and nurturing environment. In addition to technical development, we offer specialized programs such as Bootcamps, Tennis Xpress for adults, and team building activities for companies, all with a solid pedagogical approach that integrates positive psychology and international methodologies such as Play and Stay and Quickstart Tennis. Our mission is to create a positive impact on our students' lives, both on and off the court.
