The Company's activities are divided into six segments: Shipowner Business, which offers marine transportation of containers, vehicles, as well as refrigerated and bulk goods, sale of containers and leasing of vessels; Agencies, which provides freight transportation arrangements and services related to documentation, containers administration and bunkering; Logistics, which focuses on ground logistics services and transport, storage and distribution of containers; Concessions, which is responsible for the operation of marine terminals and airports; Port Operations, which develops and manages port services, and Others, which includes other non-logistics operations. The Company owns a number of subsidiaries, such as Compania Maritima Chilena SA (CMC), Agencias Universales SA (AGUNSA) and Portuaria Cabo Froward SA (FROWARD).
