About GS Brown Construction Limited

GS Brown Construction is a family run business, originally established in 1970. We have built our reputation on high quality housing and go to great lengths to ensure every one of our properties is not only a comfortable home but also a valuable investment. Our houses are planned for modern day living, with energy efficiency and quality finishings being major factors at the design stage. At G S Brown we endeavour to give our clients as much choice as possible - subject to the stage of production - and every new home is backed by a 10 year NHBC Certificate. As well as building on our various developments throughout Perthshire we can provide a one-off build service for clients with their own land. Our Small Contracts Division is expanding rapidly with high demand for conversions and extensions.
