Guardian Trust Foundation | Special Needs Trust Administration & Support for Individuals with Disabilities Guardian Trust Foundation is a Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities through Special Needs Trusts (SNTs). Since 2002, we have raised funds through program fees and donations, supporting our mission to safeguard assets and provide access to public benefits for our beneficiaries. Our primary focus is administering Pooled Special Needs Trusts, working with industry experts to ensure high-quality services. We accept only Pooled SNTs, unless we’ve been designated as Trustee in a written agreement. Our charitable donations to other tax-exempt organizations and benefits to trust beneficiaries are made possible through these trustee services.
