STIGMA happens due to fear of judgement, lack of awareness and barriers to access safe and non-judgemental space for mental health support. Young adults continue to face significant barriers to accessing timely, personalized, and stigma-free mental health support. Long waiting times, lack of culturally sensitive care, and fragmented services leave many students unsupported during critical stages of their academic and personal development.
