Founded in 2013 by Matt Lahti, Gulfstream Design Group takes pride in our comprehensive and diverse capabilities, serving a wide range of clients across Florida’s First Coast. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to transforming your dream project into reality through thoughtful planning, innovative design, and precise execution. We specialize in roadway and trail design, civil engineering, stormwater and drainage solutions, and project management. Gulfstream delivers high value, immediate capacity, and results that exceed expectations. Headquartered in St. Augustine, Florida, we bring over 50 years of combined experience and a deep understanding of sustainable, low-impact, and context-sensitive design. As part of this community, we take pride in protecting its future while supporting responsible growth. We would love the opportunity to become your “go-to local firm” for projects that fit our specialties and meet your needs—living out our motto every day: “Rooted in Community. Driven by Design.
