About Gulu Agricultural Development Company
Gulu Agricultural Development Company (GADC) emerged in the aftermath of the devastating LRA-instigated war in northern Uganda, led by owner Bruce Robertson. In 2009, the company revitalized the COO-ROM ginnery in Gulu under sound management, subsequently expanding operations to ginneries in Kitgum and Rhino Camp, leveraging local knowledge for success. Currently, GADC engages in the cotton, cotton cake, oil milling, sesame, and maize businesses, alongside the Gulu Timber Company, contributing to a zero-waste value chain. Utilizing cutting-edge processing technology, we ensure the production of top-quality conventional and organic products. Our certifications from reputable bodies such as Naturland, Control Union and ECOCERT (Fair For Life) underscore our unwavering commitment to exceptional quality and sustainability, positioning our products competitively in both national and international markets.
