About GunBroker.com

GunBroker.com is the world's largest online auction site for firearms and hunting/shooting accessories. Launched in 1999, GunBroker.com is an informative, secure and safe way to buy and sell firearms, ammunition and hunting/shooting gear online. GunBroker.com promotes responsible ownership of guns and firearms. Aside from merchandise bearing its logo, GunBroker.com sells none of the items listed on its website. Third-party sellers list items on the site and Federal and state laws govern the sale of firearms and other restricted items. Ownership policies and regulations are followed using licensed firearms dealers as transfer agents. --------------- Various federal, state, and local legal statutes regulate the sale and distribution of firearms. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to be in compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the purchasing of firearms and related items on our site. As stated in our User Agreement, your breach of these laws is a breach of our user agreement. Underage persons, persons falsely representing themselves, and failing to abide by the applicable laws or the rules of our site will have their user privileges revoked, and may be subject to legal action. Firearms may only be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. The Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms has created a FAQ about transferring ownership of firearms by unlicensed persons. You can review this information here: http://www.atf.gov/firearms/faq/ GunBroker.com has created a list of FFL holders who are willing to take delivery and manage the transfer of firearms. Check out this list at our FFL Holder Network page. http://www.gunbroker.com/FFL/DealerNetwork.aspx Firearms sales are regulated in most places and may be prohibited. Follow all applicable laws.
