Why ‘GYDE’? We wanted a name that is reflective of what we do. It is a play on our everyday role, guiding our clients through the complex planning landscape. This variation means someone who is passionate and knowledgeable, and always seems to know the right way to go. That seemed to fit. Our primary goal is to sustainably create a better quality of life. We believe better outcomes happen when our clients understand the frameworks that govern their business, so they can have greater certainty in outcomes. Our expert services remain the same as they were under the City Plan brand and include: strategic planning; data analytics; due diligence and feasibility; development applications; planning proposals; policy & procedural reviews; urban design; expert evidence and project management.
