About Habilitas

We are specialist property developers for people with disability who wish to live in their own home with independence while remaining connected to their communities. The SDA funding journey can be long and complex. As a boutique WA-based firm, we provide a single point of contact through every step of the journey, from enquiry to hand over of the keys. Offering education, support and guidance, we help participants and their support coordinators find a way through the complexity.
