The founder of Hair Plus Academy, Ben Reilly, has had an extensive career in college hair extension education, leading College/Academy campaigns and shaping the approach to Hair Extensions Training. Working as both Education Manager and a Master Educator, Ben has over 20 years experience working with hair extensions and has overseen training of thousands of students at hundreds of colleges across the UK and Ireland. The Hair Plus Academy knows Hair Extensions is just as important a service as Cutting and Colouring, and believe students should finish their NVQ’s with the skills to offer this lucrative service alongside other mainstream services. Hair Plus offers CPD accredited courses that not only teach delegates application & removal, but also provide the equipment they need, skills in consultation, cutting and styling, aftercare and maintenance, as well as effectively marketing hair extensions service in salon!
