Easy to clean with CIP, compatible with most process chemicals and good for SIP temperatures to aver 160ºC. Diaphragms OK with vacuum whilst hot - so pulsating vacuum/steam air-purge possible pre-SIP - and vacuum evaporation/cooling possible post-SIP. Many port options to guarantee excellent SIP condensate drainage and allow close-coupling for compact P&IDs with small hold-up volume and a minimum of tubes, elbows and no tees (minimizing welds and easing validations). Sight-glasses, ferrules, NA connect, etc. pre-welded and certified. LUMIGLAS: 316L sight glasses (aseptic options), luminaires, camera systems and movement/light sensors (all ATEX) for local and remote observation and control of processes inside pressure vessels.
