About Hampton Nonprofit Management

Hampton Nonprofit Management is referral-only boutique consulting firm that provides CFO / COO / Executive Director support and ongoing management services to nonprofit and mission-based organizations in San Diego and Southern California. We specialize in all the boring things (finance, accounting, HR, operations) that make magic and mission possible. We are in the weeds, in the board rooms, at the fundraising lunches and at the strategic planning retreats. We believe in high touch, deep impact engagements that generate meaningful and tangible results of quality that surprises clients. Founded in 2019, we have provided excellent service to more than fifty organizations in San Diego and Southern California.
