In addition, it also sells some remaining parking spaces at The Aquamarine, and selected car parking spaces at Carmel-on-the-Hill. Mainland China Property Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing of properties in Mainland China. These include Dalian Olympia 66 mall and Shenyang Forum 66 office tower, among others. Hong Kong Property Sales segment is engaged in the development and sales of properties in Hong Kong. The property portfolio includes commercial properties, offices and residential and serviced apartments, among others.
