Our primary focus is on out of court processes such as collaborative practice, mediation and peaceful and cost-effective lawyer assisted negotiation, as Court should always be considered a last resort. If your matter involves children, we will assist you to develop a collaborative coparenting agreement so that your children are free to return to their very important job of being kids. The human experience of separation will always be at the heart of our practice.
