In 1900 Josef Kruchen founded a bedding factory in Telgte, in the heartland of Germany, in which he manufactured feathers and down into high-quality down duvets and pillows. Succeeding generations continued the production of luxury bedding. The processing of the raw material and the production of the down comforters and pillows takes place in the Muensterland factory.
