Hanwood Park jobs and careers

About Hanwood Park

We are not just building houses; we are creating homes. Hanwood Park, on the eastern edge of Kettering in Barton Seagrave, is already home to 3,000 residents, and is set to grow into a vibrant community of 15,000. It was first given outline planning approval in 2010. This approval expired in 2021 but at a North Northants Council Planning Committee in December there was unanimous approval for the remaining phases of the outline planning at Hanwood Park. Once complete, this Northamptonshire community, will feature up to 5,500 high-quality homes, alongside schools, shops, community buildings, employment spaces, leisure facilities, and biodiverse parks and woodlands. At its heart, Hanwood Park embodies three core values: Community, Connectivity, and Creativity. Community: A welcoming, inclusive environment with social infrastructure that supports health, education, recreation, and wellbeing. From green spaces to neighbourhood hubs, Hanwood Park is designed to bring people together. Connectivity: An area that is physically, socially, and economically linked to Kettering and surrounding areas. Through green infrastructure, improved transport options, and shared spaces, Hanwood Park aims to foster stronger connections within the community and beyond. Creativity: Hanwood Park aspires to set a benchmark for sustainable and innovative development, from reducing carbon emissions to promoting biodiversity and supporting the local economy. Hanwood Park is curating a future-ready environment where businesses thrive and residents flourish. Find out more: • Looking to relocate or expand your business into Hanwood Park?
