About Happy Valley Farms

Nestled in the scenic hills of North Georgia and a stones throw from Chattanooga Tn., Happy Valley Farms is a unique destination that combines the charm of life on the farm with modern amenities and classic design. Spanning 200 acres, our farm is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for both individuals and businesses through thoughtfully designed event spaces, equestrian facilities, and serene natural landscapes. At Happy Valley Farms, we believe in blending history with progress. Our mission is to transform this beautiful property into a place where nature, community, and innovation come together. Whether it’s a corporate retreat, a wedding, or an equestrian event, our spaces are designed to inspire creativity, connection, and growth. Owned and revitalized by Regina and Jim Anthony, experienced commercial real estate professionals, Happy Valley Farms is built on a foundation of strong values—sustainability, community, and forward-thinking development. We’re more than just a farm—we’re a place where visions are brought to life.
