About Harcourt Developments

Harcourt is a Dublin-based property development and management company with a broad portfolio of award-winning international projects. Retained assets include offices, shopping centres, industrial parks, visitor attractions and hotels in nine different countries including Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Americas and Continental Europe. The Group provides full-time employment to over 1500 people. Notable projects include Titanic Quarter, Northern Ireland's most significant regeneration project, featuring the Titanic Belfast visitor attraction. Park West - Ireland's largest business and technology campus; and Carlisle Bay - voted the Best Hotel in the World.
