Haripriya Refractories Pvt. Ltd is one of the major manufacturers and suppliers for Liquid Steel Insulation Products since the last 4 years used as Ladle and Tundish Covering Insulating Material. Within a very short period, both the products Insulating Powder and Insulating Granules manufactured by this plant have received a very high level of acceptability amongst the customers. Some customer references of the company are Rajhi Steel - Jeddah, George Energy Savings Co. Ltd. - Taiwan, EZDK - Egypt. JSW Steel Limited - India( Bellary-Karnataka, Dolvi-Maharashtra, Raigarh-Chhattisgarh) and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited( Visakhapatnam Steel Plant) India. We have about 10 grades of RHA Powder and Granuels products based on a variable bulk density (for powder between 200 up to 400 kg/m3 and for Nodules 600 up to 650 kg/m3). The products are further categorised based on carbon content for example Ultra Low Carbon (ULC), Low Carbon (LC), Standard, Medium carbon (MC), High Carbon (HC) etc. As per customers’ requirements, these products are further modified to contain metallurgically balanced quantities of Mgo or Al2O3. Our standard packaging’s are as follows – Powder - 5 kg printed LDPE/HDPE bags/ Paper Bags Nodules - 10 kg printed LDPE/HDPE bags/Paper Bags These bags are stuffed inside a seven ply transport worthy palletized carton or bulk bag as per customers’ requirements.
