PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Our property management firm, Harkinson Dewan Commercial, owns and manages nearly 2 million square feet of commercial property in North Texas. DEVELOPMENT Harkinson Development LLC is engaged in 250 acres of greenfield development projects, mostly in the North Dallas suburbs.
