Harleyford Capital was founded in 2022 by Dean Harrison, Thomas Mallindine and Zayn Khamisa who previously worked together at InfraRed Capital Partners where they were collectively responsible for transacting over £2bn of pan-European real estate. The team are committed to becoming a market leading real estate investment and development partner within sectors underpinned by structural trends, science and technology (New Economy Real Estate). Fiera Real Estate UK Limited, an affiliate of global investment manager Fiera Capital Corporation which has over $120bn in AUM, is a minority shareholder, providing Harleyford Capital with an institutional framework and access to balance sheet capital.
